We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician for an apartment complex. Duties will include general maintenance, cleaning, light plumbing, electrical, door, lock repair, flooring sheetrock, painting, apartment showings, snow removal, and other various duties. Need to be able to use a smartphone or computer to access our software. Need to have reliable transportation and your own tools. Our tenants are our number one priority so it is vital that the person selected for this role needs to be respectful and courteous to our residents.
This position will be a half time position around 20 hours per week(with a possibility to become a regular full time employee) as determined by business need. Full or part time positions available. Salary range for this position will be $12-$18 per hour DOE. To ensure the safety and piece of mind of our residents we will run thorough background checks on all candidates prior to an offer being extended.
