Midwest Printing, Inc., Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, is a progressive, retail/service commercial printing firm located in the heart of lakes country. We have an immediate opening for a permanent, full-time Lead Equipment Operator in our Bindery (Finishing) Department. EARN A WAGE WHILE YOU LEARN A NEW TRADE! We will provide paid on-the-job training for the right candidate. DAY SHIFT. Hours - 8 am to 4:30 pm. Monday - Friday.
Competitive Wages dependent on experience.

DUTIES (include but are not limited to):
Operate the following equipment:
Automated - Folder, Cutter, Booklet Maker, Numbering and Perforating Machine, Scoring and Tabbing Machines
General Maintenance of Equipment Operated
Complete Job Order Tickets in Accurate and Timely Manner
Operate Fork Lift and Hand Jack Equipment
Accurately Check-In Paper Stock Orders
Delivery of Printed Orders when Requested
SKILLS:
Mechanical Aptitude
Ability to Work Under Tight Deadlines
Exceptional Attention to Detail and Accuracy
Ability to Produce Products in a Fast-Paced Environment
Problem Solving Skills
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to Lift 40 lb.
Fork Lift Certified (Preferred, but not required)
Valid Driver's License
Minimum One Year Experience Operating Printing Equipment (preferred, but will train)
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Minimum High School Diploma
