We are looking for the right person to get started in our apprentice program. The right person is someone that can use his/her hands as well as his/her head to learn the automotive repair trade.
Here's what we need from you:
You must be honest, willing to work hard, have time to take training classes in the evening.
We will pay the cost of your classes.
You must have dependable transportation to and from the shop.
You must have a clean driving record.
You must be able to use a computer and laptop
You must be willing to invest in your future.
Here is what we will do for the right person:
Everyone that works in the shop will help you and teach you everything we know about the automotive
industry.
You will learn how to check over a vehicle to make sure it is safe and dependable for the customer.
You will be trained on correct procedures to ensure that the repairs you make to the vehicle are done
correctly and at or better than industry standards.
You will learn how to use the latest diagnostic equipment to check customer complaints, such as check
engine light, ABS light, and air bag lights.
You will also learn how to use the latest information systems to look up repair procedures, test procedures
service bulletins.
You will get 5 paid holidays and a 5-day work week no weekends.
You will 5 paid vacation days after one year, 10 after two years.
You will get health insurance benefits.
You will be provided uniforms at no cost to you.
