Sportsman's Oak Island Lodge is a thriving fishing resort on Oak Island, MN. The resort holds up to 60 guests at one time. Several other resorts and cabins are also in the area. Our restaurant and bar are open to lodging guests and the public. Our resort is nestled in the Northwest Angle where some of the best fishing and scenery is in the world along with rich history and many cool areas to explore. It is truly an outdoor enthusiasts paradise and many guests call their vacation here a trip of a lifetime.
We have a small staff that works together as a team and treats each other as family. We are looking for a team player with some experience in short order cooking to join our team. We can provide transportation from Baudette or Angle Inlet to the island if needed. A passport is not required.
Position: Cook
Varying days of the week and shifts between the hours of 6am-10pm. At least 1 year cooking experience required. Cook: Prepare menu items, wash dishes and keep the work area clean. Must have Serve Safe Training or be willing to complete it. Must be 18 years or older.
Position to start in May and run through late October. Option to come back for winter season mid-December through late March. Competitive pay, good tips, room and board included.
