Command Center, Inc. in Grand Forks is hiring an Insurance Agent for an assignment with a growing agency in Grand Forks! This position pays between $12.00 and $14.00 per hour. The morning shift is available.
Responsibilities:
Assists with planning, measuring, and implementation of sales goals for the office
Services existing customers
Meets monthly production goals on a consistent basis
Educates customers and prospects on possible solutions to their needs
Requirements:
Have previous sales experience
Be customer-service oriented
Have an active P&C License or have the ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment; Life and Disability preferred
Earned a high school diploma or equivalent
Have a valid driver's license
Undergo a pre-employment drug screen and a pre-employment background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
