GENERAL FUNCTIONS:Directs the overall management of the Finance and Administration Division to ensure that the department is performing in accordance with the contract, Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH), and any other written expectations of the Department of Labor or Jackson Pierce for Finance and Administration.Monitors the operations of the Center's Finance, Purchasing, Information Technology, Records, Food Services, and Logistics/Maintenance functions. Plans, organizes and manages the functions and activities required to provide administrative services required by the Center and to meet student needs.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education:A Bachelors Degree in a field related to human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field.ORAssociateis Degree in a field related to human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field.Experience:i Two years supervisory experience with Bacheloris Degreei Four years supervisory experience with Associateis DegreeKnowledge, Skills, and Abilitiesi Exhibit leadership attributes.i Effective verbal and written communication skills.i Effective organizational skills.i Effective interpersonal skills.i Proficient in computer technology skills.i Ability to interpret and analyze data to problem solve and implement effective program management.i Ability to implement policy regulations to ensure strict policy compliance.Licenses or Certificationsi A valid Regular Driver License is required.Jackson Pierce Public Affairs/ Burdick Job Corps Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Sexual Orientation/Protected Class/Veterans/DisabilityJob Type: Full-time
