Skills needed:
BS in accounting with 5 year experience or 10 years I the trenches
work with support staff to oversee AR,AP, and Payroll (taxes are performed by CPA firm)
Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships, Preparing reports for management,
Providing input on how to reduce costs, conduct reconciliations and month end closing.
Project cost reporting will be a big part of the position, extensive knowledge of Quick Books.
Proficient with Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
