Work from your own home base part-time as an independent contractor doing commercial property and liability insurance inspections. Applicants MUST have background and experience in performing insurance loss control field surveys, with knowledge of both property/building hazards (including a good understanding of construction, roofing, wiring, plumbing and commercial kitchens) as well as general liability/operational and life safety hazards. Must have own vehicle, computer and digital camera. We are a national provider of commercial insurance inspections, in business since 1983. We need inspectors who are available for regular work, but we cannot guarantee any particular volume.
