SUMMARY: OTS is looking for a motivated shop technician to add to the Williston Team.

The Shop Technician must be a safety-conscious, hardworking individual. Under the direction of a supervisor, this position will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to the refurbishment process of customer-owned inventory, managing new inventory, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean/organized work environment.
JOB DUTIES
• Will be responsible for the refurbishment of customer-owned inventory
• Inventory Management
• Operates fork-lift and lifting devices for movement of parts
• Assembly of products using various supplies and hand tools in the shop
• Shop organization
• Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly
• Ensures cost-effective usage of all equipment, supplies, and tools in the shop.
• General housekeeping duties such as trash removal, floor-sweeping and snow removal
• Other general duties that may be assigned by the shop manager
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School degree or equivalent is required
• This is an entry-level position, but previous shop experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to bend and lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation and working cellphone with a camera
• Fork-lift and telehandler experience preferred
• General computer skills are necessary
• Prior experience with inventory management is preferred
