Maintenance Technician is needed for Water's Edge Apartments and Park Ridge Townhomes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Tech will be responsible, under the direction of the Site Manager and the Regional Manager, for overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operation of the community. Essential duties may include:
1.) Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting
2.) Apartment cleaning during vacancy
3.) Repairing and treating interior structures and building exteriors
4.) Make ready units for new move-ins
5.) Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance
6.) Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program
7.) Complete grounds work including grounds pick up, snow removal, sweeping and light landscaping
8.) Coordinate special project as directed
Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Must have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks as outlined above. Valid drivers license and vehicle required for traveling between properties.
