Full time experienced apartment maintenance technician for a apartment community in Watford City, ND.
All applicants must have a valid driver's license.
Maintenance should know basic electrical and plumbing, on call emergency pager, snow removal, drywall repair, painting, trouble shooting, grounds, etc. Need a team player and someone who is dependable, HVAC certified a plus. Must live within 15-20 minutes from property.
