MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Responsible for performing preventative and routine building facility maintenance including but not limited too:
General - handyman services, moving furniture, window cleaning, painting
Carpentry - drywall, manual repairs, use hand/electric tools
Plumbing - unclog drains, replace toilet kits, flush valves
HVAC - replacing filters, checking belts
Landscaping - mowing, trimming, weed control
Snow/Ice removal - shoveling and plowing snow, de-icing sidewalks
Floor Care - carpet extraction, strip and wax
You must be punctual, reliable, self-motivated, able to work alone and a team player.
Physically, you must be able to work safe, climb ladders, lift 100 pounds and work on hands and knees.
You must be able to complete weekly paperwork accurately and on time.
Background check and drug test
You must have a Driver's license and reliable transportation
