Volt Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for a full-time temp-to-hire Floor Grinder. Shift is Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Pay: $15/hrDuties & Responsibilities include:Responsible for grinding and polishing concrete floors to ensure a smooth, glossy surface.Focusing on keeping the floors in a clean and orderly condition by following direction from the Plant Engineer on what areas need attention.Set up and operate industrial surface grinding machines.Filling cracks if needed.Follow a detailed reference guide that indicates what steps need to be done and in which order.Requisitioning supplies or equipment needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishSeeking someone who is self-motivated and who is able to work on their ownMust have good attention to detail.
