VOLT WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS is now recruiting for a rack repair worker for a local manufacturer. Additional rack repair of all production racks, including harp racks, a-frames, bungee racks, and stock racks, metal work or replacing parts where neededHelping with inventory of rack repair suppliesCommunicating in a timely matter when more supplies are needed/entering material needs on a work orderMaintaining the appropriate records by recording the results of work doneOther maintenance functions as neededTechnical skills, for example, reading blueprints and understanding how the final product should lookTroubleshooting skills, seeing flaws in welds or structural imperfections in the metal and taking the initiative to fix themQualifications:HS diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 year of ageMust have ability to weld, as well as previous experienceMust have good attention to detail, paying attention to the job at hand is necessarySeeking someone who is self-motivated and who is able to work on their ownMust be able to work overtime as requiredPhysical Ability:Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of timeAbility to lift up to 45 pounds on a regular basisMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen as well as adhere to random screeningMust be able to pass a pre-employment physical demand testShift Hours & DaysFirst shift; 6:30AM – 2:30PMMonday - Friday (with overtime and Saturdays as needed)Pay is $14-15 per hour DOEFor immediate consideration, please email a resume or text a recruiter at 701-271-3300.
