QUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environmentHistory of safe work practices (OSHA knowledge a plus)Strong leadership skills and demonstrated abilityAbility to establish and execute procedure and train and supervise 15-25 employees in those proceduresPrioritize work tasks dailyScheduling of employees and maintenance needsApproves timecardsEDUCATION:HS diploma plus welding school or equivalent experienceHours are 5:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Thursday with Fridays required depending on workload.Job Type: Full-time contract to hire (480 hours contract) to permanent10 Hour ShiftDay ShiftMonday to FridayPay is dependent on experience
