⢠At least 5 years of Residential property leasing experience required.
⢠2+ years customer service experience; hospitality industry preferred.
⢠2+ years' supervisory experience; hospitality industry preferred.
⢠Proficient at word processing, spreadsheet, and other computer skills.
⢠Ability to work weekends.
⢠Willing to relocate. Whether that be on the actual grounds of the complex (we will help with that), or within 45 minutes of complex.
⢠Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.
⢠Perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
⢠Works as part of a team and complete assignments independently.
⢠Interact with co-workers, supervisors, guests and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.
Jobs/Responsibilites included, but not limited to:
⢠Show units/Handle inquiries from prospective new residents.
⢠Walk units for quality control and ensure inventory levels are managed.
⢠On-call availability for emergencies.
⢠Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication with fellow Associates, tenants.
⢠Coordinate receipt and review of invoices for services and ensure timely payment of bills.
⢠Maintain awareness of market/industry conditions and trends.
⢠Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents.
⢠Update required reports concerning move-out notices and activity daily.
⢠Organize and file all applicable reports, leases, and other paperwork.
⢠Review all lease paperwork and process move-ins and move-outs.
⢠always Represent the company in a professional manner.
⢠Answer phones and other miscellaneous clerical duties as needed/required.
