*Oversee business and administrative aspects of the shop. Responsible for the direct supervision of shop mechanics/technicians.
*Ensures maintenance shop is adequately staffed and mechanics are properly trained.
*Track costs to ensure shop is operating effectively and meeting financial goals.
*Ensures safe and reliable equipment is available to meet operational requirements.
*Complies with and ensures adherence to Top Shelf Energys high level of safety standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
*Any other duties necessary to make your shop, employees and TSE successful, ethical, and safe.
*Requires minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
Pay DOE (starting $75,000)
60 hrs/week average
Company paid (single coverage) health, dental & vison insurance
Vacation pay after one (1) year.
