Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking qualified candidates to work as a Project Manager with a leading manufacturing company in Fargo, ND! The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and negotiating construction projects across a wide variety of industries such as agriculture, mining and energy. The ideal candidate for this position will be results driven with strong communication and leadership skills. This is a Direct Hire opportunity starting at $50k/year with a full benefit package and 401K. Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday with overtime required to meet client demands.Responsibilities:
Recording and documenting sales and project information into databases
Work with multiple crews to ensure project efficiency and quality
Maintain project schedules and communicate project timelines with appropriate departments
Compile and analyze job costing reports
Work with all key personnel to ensure compliance with contract documents
Provide support to estimating
Purchasing and contracting vendor and sub-contractor resources
Build and maintain strong customer relations
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Ability to read, understand and work from construction plans
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management, organization and attention to detail
Associate degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating, Construction preferred
High school diploma or GED required
2 years industry specific experience
