The PC Refresh Technician will perform PC Refresh activities related to imaging and installing new laptop and PCs on-site at our client's office in Akron and with remote users. The Technician will follow a documented procedure and will provide technical knowledge and expertise of Windows 10 and software installations. They will be expected to provide excellent customer service and should possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
