Job Description:

Looking for an experienced web developer to continue building our features and functionality roadmap in-house. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with knowledge of content management, ERP integration and an ability to translate our business needs in customer-friendly functions in our web site.



Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Work individually, and collaboratively with the business, to prioritize, design, develop and implement solutions that enhance the functionality of the eCommerce website.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Cooperate with web designers to match programming with visual design intent.
• Write, unit test and document application code to deliver secure, robust, transactional, and service-oriented architectures.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
• Work in development, sandbox, and production environments
• Facilitate updates of SaaS eCOM platform.
• Coordinating website updates with website hosting company
• Develop comprehensive application testing procedures.
• Ensure all new applications meet security and functionality standards.
• Implement testing tools that monitor the ongoing performance of the company website.
• Maintain an understanding of the latest web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.

• Understanding of and experience with web software development QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management and best development practices.
• Understanding of and experience with SPA Architecture, Angular SCSS/SASS
• Proficient in C#, ASP.Net, MVC5, Javascript, MS SQL, HTML5
• Experience in Entity Framework, WebAPI, RESTful, Object Oriented Programming, Dependency Injection, Cloud Computing
• Strong understanding of UI design and programming, and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience using Azure and/or AWS.
• 2-3+ years' experience in software development and testing
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work on a team.
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process

• Experience using Insite eCOM platform.
• Experience implementing usability testing processes is a definite plus.
