Big Guy Properties is a growing Property Management company with
multi-family residential units spread across Ohio. We are looking for a
driven professional who is has experience in providing vision and the
development of strategic solutions to support the financial success of
an organization; someone who can provide strategic financial insight to
the Owner; is an expert at planning, implementing, managing and
controlling all financial and accounting related activities of the
organization. The ideal candidate will also have experience, education,
and attitude to take on complex, multiple-entity accounting.
The requirements:
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Accounting, a plus
5+ years experience as a Controller
Advanced MS Office Suite
Well-qualified candidates will also have experience with the
following:
Completing full and accurate financial and statistical reporting
and presenting all financial information in a clear and precise manner
Leading a team
Handling complex accounting systems and processes
Experience with system implementation
Experience in a controller role within the properties industry is
a plus!

The compensation package:
Position comes with a base salary of $80k - $85k/year DOE. Comprehensive benefits: Heath, Dental and
Vision insurance, plus retirement with matching.
