Our company is a premier DODD & OOD provider. We are looking for a person who has the following:
DODD & OOD Agency Management Experience - Must be able to manage most aspects of an agency including potential client interviews, employees, and issues with great follow-up abilities.
Must be an experienced DODD company builder with positive relations in the industry.
Note: This is a career opportunity. We are not seeking someone who has a lot of personal, family, or social issues in their life. We will expect our new team member to have a personal dedication to their position. In return, your compensation will be proportional to the companies earnings.
Be familiar with DODD compliance
Verifiable Management Experience in the DODD field. You will be required to apply to the state.
Must have worked in the DODD field at Min 5 years. Must have a min 2 years of upper management experience.
Superior organization, communication & office software skills
Must be able to wear a financial hat
Must be a peoples person and able to build rapport with potential clients and staff
Immaculate background
Pass drug screen
Clean driving record
4 Year college degree - Masters Preferred
Compensation:
$1,000.00 per week after 90 Days - $800 1st 90 Days. - Excellent growth incentives
Paid time Off - Vacation program
One week paid time off during Christmas and New Years
