Part Time Beauty Advisor_PSS

The ideal candidate drives brand awareness, influences buying behavior, and becomes the go-to person for consumersâ beauty needs.
Things to consider:
⢠Shifts are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:45pm â 6:15pm.
⢠Average employee has 2-3 shifts per week.
⢠Pay rates are competitive starting at $18/hr.

What Youâll Do:
⢠Engage and educate customers that creates positive shopper experiences, generates enthusiasm for the products, and increases sales
⢠Excellent presentation skills and the ability to expertly articulate product features and benefits
⢠Review program materials, set up and break down of work area, and preparation/ sampling of products on event days
⢠Completion of all call reports, paperwork, and on-going training by the specified deadline
Qualifications:
⢠High school diploma or equivalent job-related experience, preferably having completed cosmetology school or currently in process
⢠Must have skin care knowledge such as understanding the difference between emollients and surfactants.
⢠Experience in event marketing, consultative selling, demonstrations, sales, brand promotion or retail/grocery
⢠Daily access to a smartphone with internet/email access
