2 years experience in CAD drafting, and must be proficient using SolidWorks.
Responsible for creating and editing detailed fabrication drawings and bill of materials
Experience with Adobe Acrobat and MS Office products
Must be able to work directly with engineers, other draftsmen, purchasing and shop personnel
Knowledge of math, including geometry and algebra
Basic knowledge of machining and welding fundamentals
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, schematics and customer specifications
Knowledge of pressure vessel equipment & heat exchangers a plus
