Manager:
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of food and beverage management experience with impeccable attention to detail and service. Must be proficient with operational troubleshooting and problem solving, possess strong interpersonal staff and guest relations skills, have solid written and verbal communication skills, and have a team-minded approach to fellow workers.
-Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, development and retention of qualified employees.
-Identify, address and document individual employee performance problems according to standard operating procedure. Discipline and/or terminate if necessary
-Promote teamwork among co-workers and employees.
-Follow up with employees and co-workers to ensure completion of assigned projects.
Server
-Take and relay food and beverage orders
-Serve food and beverages to guests
-Check on guest satisfaction
-Handle complaints and concerns of customers
-Provide food and beverage product knowledge
-Use proper serving techniques
-Practice responsible alcohol service
-Cash out and reconcile cash with total sales
Must have excellent communication skills, professional appearance and attitude, excellent customer service skills, cash handling experience is an asset, time management skills. Must have at least 2 years experience.
Bartender
Looking for a minimum of 3 years experienced Bartender.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
Must be able to communicate
Must be willing to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
Must be able to work in a fast paced restaurant environment
Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
- Receive drink orders from guests and/or cocktail servers, fill orders in a timely manner and collect payment while maintaining a professional appearance, cordial attitude toward all guests and staff members of the resort.
- Ensure cleanliness of bar area, set up and stock bar for start of shift Keep bar neat and clean throughout the shift. Clean bar area at end of shift and leave bar area ready for next shift.
Caterer (Part-Time):
Responsible for taking care of parties. Employee must set-up food to customer's expectations and refill when necessary. Once food course if done, employee must set-up next meal, if necessary, and clean up.
