North End in Hudson seeks an experienced sous chef for a full-time position. Duties include but not limited to sauté and expo along with the ability to execute pantry. Position reports to kitchen manager.
Applicant should be passionate about food and be able to prepare a consistent product. Input on weekly features and seasonal menu changes. Must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and be able to muli-task and work in a small kitchen Pay will be based on experience. Typical hours would be the late afternoons with an expectation to close 3 nights per week. Fridays and Saturday a must. North End is closed Sunday, Monday and Holidays.
