Corporate Driver Recruiter
Job Summary: Responsible for the recruitment and retention of company drivers & owner operators as well as mechanics/office personnel as necessary. Full compensation package including health insurance, 401k, paid vacation/holidays, and PTO. Position is based out of our Malvern, OH office. Pay based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
⢠Recruit company drivers & owner operators as needed
⢠Recruit diesel mechanics & office personal as necessary.
⢠Conduct interviews via telephone and in person with potential candidates
⢠Complete background checks to determine if candidate meets Green Lines / FMSCA requirements.
⢠Communicate with terminal managers to understand their needs for drivers
⢠Create & maintain driver DQ files
⢠Have understanding knowledge of company guidelines, policies, and expectations and be able to relay that to potential candidates and current drivers
⢠Familiar with DOT and FMSCA rules and regulations
Requirements
⢠2 years of recruiting/transportation industry experience
⢠Must be efficient in Microsoft Office
⢠Detail oriented and able to multi-task
⢠Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
