We are in search of a full time, year round employee to assist in maintenance for a medium size apartment complex. Experience a plus, but not required. Will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Work with and report to Maintenance Director
Basic Maintenance
Painting
Landscaping
Snow Shoveling
Pool cleaning and maintenance
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping and painting a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
