START NOW! Paid Training.. Looking for An Experienced floor technicians to clean and maintain flooring of various carpeted and uncarpeted area,small and large facilities such as gymnasiums, hospitals, businesses,schools etc. We will train you on our equipment, BUT YOU must be knowledgeable of the basic procedures, of floor care, equipment and clean up and thoroughness.
Applicant must have experience in carpet cleaning, mopping, stripping and finishing, buffing and burnishing, of VCT.
Applicant must be neat and organized and able to complete a task on time and in a timely matter.
You will be using our Company Van, equipment and will be provided the right products and gear needed for the job. Applicant will have a daily special service schedule which is to be completed daily following our Procedures using company Chemicals and Equipment.
YOU MUST be detail-oriented reliable, honest and consistent.
Promptness is Mandatory.
A Valid Driver License is Mandatory and can pass a drug test.
Our company vehicle will be available to you to complete your scheduled work duties during business hours ONLY.
YOU MUST have your own reliable transportation for Personal use.
There's room for advancement with our company, therefore you will be in training for the first 90 days.
