We are looking for a full time maintenance assistant for a busy apartment building in Akron.
We are looking for someone for approximately 40 hours per week.
Times and days are flexible. For the right person we will figure out a schedule that works for you.
Duties Include
- Cleaning common areas
- Getting apartments ready for move in
- General maintenance/landscaping
- interaction with tenants
Starting pay is $16 per hour with room for growth and bonus potential
