We are looking for someone to help in our busy laundromat in North Canton. Position includes maintaining the cleanliness of the facility (including vacuuming, cleaning washer and dryers, cleaning the bathroom, emptying trash, using a commercial floor scrubber, etc - also use a shop vac to vacuum utility room once per month, sweep snow in front of doors when needed, and any other duties that arise.) You would also be the first call to respond to customer phone calls related to machine malfunctions, water on floor etc which could require a visit to the store (generally doesn't happen but it could.)
Ideal candidate would live in North Canton, love to clean, be dependable, and be flexible with time or possibly be retired or self employed. This is a steady long term 1099 position with no supervision. Cleanings would be Monday through Friday around 6 or 7 am and it usually takes 1 to 1.5 hours, as well as a quick 5 minute touch up in the late afternoon or early evening to pick up anything off of the floors and wipe up any detergent spills.
Pay is $150 per week.
