Experienced Supervisor needed for Akron area truck tire repair facility. No tire experience necessary but willingness to learn all positions and aspects of operations and is required. High School diploma required. Experience supervising 6+ team members preferred.
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Supervise six or more team members at any given time.
Organize workflow and ensure that the team understands their duties and delegated tasks.
Monitor team productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Receive complaints and resolve problems according to company’s policy.
Learn all positions & train new employees as assigned.
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
Effectively communicate and follow instructions from upper management.
Maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure company safety regulations and policies are followed and met by all staff.
