Beacon Hill Associates is currently searching for a highly skilled, professional and experienced Appointment Scheduler in Canton, OH! This is a contract role that is covering an upcoming leave for 3 to 4 months, however, this opportunity will not only be a resume builder..but a great networking opportunity! The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and organization skills to assist with calendar management, appointment setting and office administration. We are seeking someone who is results driven and works well in a fast paced environment.Requirements:Calendar management and scheduling appointments for MULTIPLE executives with multiple time zonesStrong computer and data entry skills including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficiencyMaintaining and setting up travel arrangement Excellent eye for detail and organization skills including the ability to juggle multiple calendars and reprioritize duties on a daily basisMust be a strong multi taskerWork hours:M-F 8-5Term:Contract (3-4 months) If you are interested and possess the experience we are looking for, please apply now!
