We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and friendly customer sales support person to join our growing team and provide a top-notch experience to clients over the phone, and with written communications. In this role, you will interact directly with potential customers to answer questions, provide product information, and send quotes and contracts, all while maintaining the companys reputation for high-quality service and response.
Customer Sales Support Duties and Responsibilities
Support sales with the end goal of making a sale
Maintain updated knowledge in order to provide information and instructions about relevant products and services
Make product and service suggestions to meet the customers specific needs
Field incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages from customers
Promptly respond to customer questions submitted via email or our website
Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues
Send formal quotes to customers
General filing
Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow up
Document important customer information for future reference
Collect and record customer feedback and information, and share that with appropriate departments and team members
Generate interest in new products or services and connect customers with salespeople when required
Customer Service Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a customer service office-related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve our retention rate
Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
Positive and service-oriented attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition (proficient in Office a must)
Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
