A manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will handle incoming graphic product calls and sample requests, process orders, and update customer database. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
Speak with customers, receive and process orders, and sample requests
Check the website for inquiries and orders and process them
Run weekly reports for management
Call customers to inform them of shipping dates for back orders
Track and record dollars and orders daily
Update call log manager in the ERP system and update customer database
Process international orders
Assist and participate in training sessions
Work with accounting and billing to handle customers’ needs
Complete and submit government bids
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
College degree preferred
Specialized course work in general office practices such as business, communications, or public relations is needed
Any equivalent combination or related education and experience
Must have a working knowledge of customer service and sales principles and practices
Must be computer literate
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have the ability to listen, take direction, handle stressful situations, deal with difficult customers, and work independently
Must be detail-oriented with the ability to perform a high level of multi-tasking
Must be professional, courteous, and have a patient attitude
