We are a Stark County based real estate investment and construction company looking for a highly motivated/organized/outgoing candidate looking for an entry level position with ample growth potential.
The position is currently 20-24 hours per week, but it is our desire to find a motivated team-member who we can invest into their continued learning and education and turn them into a full-time team member.
This position has a lot of variety to it and is not a "desk job". There is some administrative work that requires computer time, however being onsite at properties is the main focus.
Some of the specific day-to-day functions for the selected candidate include:
-Tracking, managing, book-keeping all income coming in from tenants.
-Paying invoices
-Managing our online listings of available properties and replying to interested parties over the phone and
through email.
-Supporting our construction team on our existing property rehab/remodel projects.
-Communicating through phone conversations and email with all interested prospective tenants.
-Conducting open house showing on our available properties.
-Running the lease signing meetings, including explaining guidelines of doing business with our company.
-Managing the check-out process of tenants moving out. This includes creating "check-out summaries" and
itemizing expenses and repairs.
-Tracking and organizing financials of our clientele
The flexibility of work schedule is a major benefit of this position. As a disclosure, the nature of this position in no way allows one to work remotely.
