We're a venture-backed Real Estate tech start-up paying $10-$40/hr for part-time, flexible help.Â
We offer incredibly flexible working hours for this position, including NIGHTS and WEEKENDS in additional to regular daytime hours as well. We operate a data-driven, flexible, leasing service for apartments and conduct apartment showings all over the city - we need help conducting showings and delivering an amazing experience to renters across. This is great for new agents looking to learn more about markets or agents who want extra cash while waiting for the big home sale!Â
The average showing takes about 15 minutes and we pay $10/showing and a bonus of $50 if the apartment rents! That's $60 for about 15 minutes of work. And yes, we try to stack the showings for you all so you can maximize your own earning potential. We focus primarily on the City of Akron and the few close surrounding areas.
Things to know:Â
- A car, driver's license, and insurance are required for this position.
- Your schedule would be flexible and set around days and times that work for you.
- "How much money can I make per week?"that's based on how much availability you have open to do showings.Â
- You're able to set which neighborhoods and surrounding areas close to your home address you'd like to conduct showings in, but the more flexible you are with where you can work, the more money you can make.
All we ask is that you show the incoming renters a friendly and local experience to help them find the right home. We continue to grow and our adding to our team in Akron. Again we are offering regular daytime hours as well as EVENING / WEEKEND HELP.Â
