Looking for a sales career in Akron? Erie Construction could be the opportunity you're looking for. As a Sales Representative for Erie, you're working as a closer. You're running leads, putting on demonstrations, negotiating and NOT building your own book of business. You are the face of the company when you meet with our customers at your appointments.
With offices located across the United States, you can start your career in here Akron, but ERIE can take you anywhere. If you have a work ethic that puts the field to shame, the drive for financial freedom and skin thick enough to ask for the sale and close deals, then this might be the sales career for you.

Your job:
-Driving to your daily appointments that are laid out for you. NO COLD CALLS, NO BUILDING YOUR OWN BOOK OF BUSINESS
-Be able to make a sales pitch and put on a demonstration that presents value.
-Negotiating
-Price out and sell packages that make sense for the customers monthly budget
-Provide customer service your grandmother would brag to her friends about.
You're going to need the following:
-Ability to work evenings.
-Ability to climb up a ladder up to one story.
-Hall of Fame sales skills: Results-oriented demeanor, never-give-up attitude, and persuasive skills.
-Put on a killer demonstration. Put your product knowledge to use and present value to the customer.
-We prefer candidates with a sales history, but have successful reps from other backgrounds.
-A reliable vehicle for travel to and from appointments
