General Labor
Duties/Responsibilities
Operating molding machines to create fiberglass parts
Finish work on newly pressed parts
Inserting boards into frames to assemble doors
Measuring and placing doors in machines to be cut to size
Assembling and packaging finished product
Pay/Shift Info
The starting rate of pay is $12/hr with an increase (plus applicable shift premium) upon hire.
1st shift: 6:30am-2:30pm
2nd shift:2:30pm-10:30pm
3rd shift- 10:30pm-6:30am
Ability to work weekend overtime is required.
Those in good standing will be converted to permanent status after 90 days.
Skills/Qualifications
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to work around fiberglass

Once converted to permanent status, employees can look forward to;
Pay increase to $13.50/hr plus shift differential when hired permanant
Health insurance, 401K, vacation and holiday pay
