A successful Ashtabula County Polymer Composites manufacturing company is actively seeking a candidate to fill a Product Development Specialist position in our fast paced and challenging work environment. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word.
The Product Development Specialist position is responsible for new product development, current product improvement, on the floor time studies, bill of material and routing changes and updates and assisting in process flow improvements. Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) skills are a plus.
