General kitchen prep work and upkeep of commercial kitchen
Assist cook in any and every way during preparation of meals
Responsible for cleaning and cooking area and putting unused food and kitchen items away
Responsible for seeing that coffee is made
Clean kitchen and dining hall
Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces and dish washing area
Assist with grocery delivers
Assist with dishes and laundry
Assist with disposing of trash
Assist with leftover food
Report any problems with kitchen operation to Food Service Manager
Be knowledgeable of USDA Summer Food Service Program and follow all guidelines
Be flexible, friendly and open to visiting staff and children.
