We currently have part-time evening shift positions available,from 5pm-9pm, monday through friday.Located in Beachwoodand the surrouding area.The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years experience in commercial cleaning with great references and a proven track record.
The ideal candidate is able to maintain the cleanliness of the facility and other duties as assigned:
Stock up cart with paper supplies, chemicals and cleaning equipment.
Dust and spot wipe all entrance areas and common areas
Sanitize and clean restrooms
Vacuum carpets
Sweep and Dust mops floors.
Wet mop any spills or high traffic areas.
Empty garbage on a regular basis.
Pick up all recycling.
routinely clean all areas as assigned.
Other reasonable requests from management.
High School Diploma
1 to 3 years cleaning experience is an asset.
Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to communicate effectively with supervisor, client and general public.
Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
