Digital Marketing Specialist
Qualifications & Experience:· 3-5 years in a digital marketing role
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field – Preferred
· Demonstrated and proven experience running successful marketing campaigns for B2B.
Ecommerce clients
· Demonstrated and proven experience with website and campaign analytics
· Experience working in a high-paced digital agency with precision and deadlines.
· Certifications with Google Ads, Analytics preferred or the desire to obtain.
Skills:· Creating and managing campaigns with various ad platforms (Google, Bing/Yahoo,
AdRoll, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
· Performing audience and keyword research with related media forecasting and buying
· Utilizing analytic tools (Google Analytics, MixPanel, Woopra, SEMRush) in data analysis
exercises to provide and present reports based on meaningful insights and trends.
· Desire and ability to keep current with technical SEO trends and best practices, and
provide guidance on implementation or improvements.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills verbal and written.
· Self-starter with ability to learn, problem solve and think critically.
Secondary Skills:· Experience working with creative teams for copy, graphics, and video; Ideally, content-writing experience for media platforms.
· Creating and managing campaigns with CRMs, Email Marketing, or other outreach
platforms (HubSpot, MailChimp, VerticalResponse, Constant Contact, Zoho, etc.)
· Strong Excel skills
· High attention to detail
