Complete discovery and develop an approach that supports the degree of change for the organization
Manage and Support Teams in integrating change management and training activities into their project plans
Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and leaders as they help their direct reports through transitions
Implement the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Framework to manage the people side of change caused by change and transition
Conduct readiness assessments evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans- including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
Coordinate, conduct, and measure training deployment and competencies
Develop Training/supporting materials and delivery OCM training to the organization, both formal and informal learning events
Execute Change Management while supporting Change Management practices
REQUIREMENTS
Lead and manage project plan
Strong project management skills
Certification(s) required PROSCI, Change Guide, or LaMarch
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Provide day-to-day technical supervision, high level support in multiple locations
Proven problem solving and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
