Our technology focused Cincinnati, OH client is searching for a Security Engineer who will be responsible for the planning, design, and build of new security architectures. They will be ensuring strong security posture, compliance with regulations, and safeguarding customer data. Successful candidates in this role will have a proven ability to design and build scalable, high volume, and low latency applications. They will also have experience in 1 or more of the following languages: Perl, Python, Ruby, and/or Shell Scripting.
As a Security Engineer you'll ideally have 5+ years of experience in a security focused field. You'll have advanced knowledge of network and related protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, and BGP. In the role you'll be managing information systems security, including disaster recovery, database protection, and software development.
The Security Engineer opportunity typically pays between $80,000-$140,000 annual based on overall experience.
