Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules.
  • Establish and update project plans and budgets with actual and forecasts and, with assistance, manage deviations from plan and project parameters.
  • Conduct project meetings, project tracking and analysis.
  • Ensure all project objectives are clearly documented, approved and delivered to meet customer needs.
  • The integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables.
  • Communicate timely project status to all stakeholders.
  • Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues.
  • Drive adherence to PMO quality standards.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Strong focus on Scope, Schedule, and Budget planning and management.
  • Build and maintain master project schedule.
  • Experienced in managing full life-cycle projects, including schedule, risk/issue management and status reporting to various levels of the organization.
  • IT project planning cost, schedule, deliverables to meet business need.
  • Serves as project liaison with business unit.
  • Client interface for rollout coordination, prioritization, and task management.
  • Supplier interface for projects under direct control.
  • Information systems project execution including testing, documentation, and support transition.
  • Tracks performance criteria for project success criteria.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ years of experience in leadership position delivering large and/or complex projects
  • Proven problem solving and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
  • Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
  • Knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving and expert communication skills
  • Knowledge of advanced project management, basic program management, and basic portfolio concepts, practices, and procedures within reporting area


Desired Skills:
  • Experience with real-world implementations of SaaS products
  • Familiarity with CMMS/MRO (Ideally Maximo) in Supply Chain/Manufacturing environments
  • Effective management and oversight of contracted implementation partners in large scale projects under fixed bid
  • Integration into a larger group of projects, reporting into a larger program construct
  • Ability to navigate and drive transformational activity in a large organization
  • Scaled thinking skills, strategic to detailed

  • Effective communications to business, program, and technical leadership
  • Experience in working with agile teams
  • Experience in budget ownership $5-10MM
