Modis, Inc. the leader in the IT and Engineering Staffing Industry is actively interviewing candidates for an exciting Scrum Master role with one of our best clients in the Cleveland area. This is a contract opportunity with the possibility growing within the organization. This is remote right now with the plan of returning to the office on a hybrid basis.
Job Description:
The Scrum Master will work within the data management and Business Intelligence team at this organization to build up an Agile mindset and practices for projects. You will work with Product Owners and Stakeholders to prioritize work and will use Agile Scrum methodologies and practices to facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings and work through the application development process.
Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
2+ years of experience in Agile environment
Agile and/or Scrum training and certifications are preferred
Experience with Azure DevOps tool is strongly preferred
Professionalism, top-notch communication skills and positive attitude is required for success
