Genesis10 is seeking a nCino Tech Lead for a leading company in Cleveland, OH. This is a 6-month remote contract need.
Job Summary:
The nCino Tech Lead will join the Salesforce Delivery team and be part of multiple nCino delivery initiatives. This role envisions a broad array of Salesforce and nCino centric skills combined with experience working in large and complex implementation initiatives spanning across multiple business units and technology divisions.
Job Duties:
Own and influence the development, implementation, assessment, and support of one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
Independently develops clean, maintainable, testable code for work assigned; performs code reviews for all levels of engineer.
Designs solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability and actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
Strong technical expert on the team; assigns work, mentors, and trains junior engineers.
Advocates for new technology and improvements.
Applies, and prepares to ensure, proper security standards for code development.
Assists in the development of strategies for the full software development life-cycle of new and emerging technologies and make recommendations regarding selected technologies and demonstrates the viability
Creates technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for developing code
Identifies and develops potential standards and best practices.
Formulates and designs technical solutions to meet business needs
Requirements:
2+ Yrs nCino experience (Cert preferred)
5+ Yrs in IT including experience and familiarity with a broad array of technology tools supporting large Broad experience with multiple technology platforms and products and complex implementations
Business and Financial industry background
Ability to speak the language of business community and communicate well with business stakeholders
nCino Platform Development nCino UI and Layouts nCino Communities Salesforce Security, Sharing, Visibility, Data, and Integrations Qualifications Experience working in large scale technology delivery initiatives
