Job Details

• Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering required, MS or MBA a plus
• 7-10 years' manufacturing experience required
• Metallurgical, steel, chemical or petrochemical plant industry experience a plus
• Equipment testing/troubleshooting experience required
• HMI programming experience required, Inductive Automation/Ignition a plus
• PLC experience required, Rockwell Automation ControlLogix a plus
• NFPA70E Electrical Arc Flash experience a plus
• Experience working in a union environment
• Data analysis skills a must
• CAD and blueprint experience required
• Ability to analyze, evaluate, design, and optimize equipment, integrate systems, and increase capacity output
• Experience in development and implementation of process improvements that increase plant reliability, productivity, capacity, quality, and efficiency
• Capital project management experience a must
• Knowledge of ISO systems and OSHA and EPA regulations
