Field Vendors Wanted
ECO Property Management Is seeking Contractors to build longstanding partnerships and is actively recruiting skilled vendors who have solid industry experience for preservation repair & rehab services.
We are seeking vendors for the state of Ohio all counties.
All contractors must have the skills, equipment, & capital to complete the following work types:
Winterizations.
Debris Removal/Trash-Outs (small and large scale).
Securing Properties (lock changes, boarding, reglazing).
Landscape (grass cuts, shrub/tree trimming)
Roof Patching/Repair
Additional types of work: maid service, drywall repair, flooring repair, eviction services.
Other requirements:
You must have reliable transportation i.e. truck, van.
Smart Phone, computer, internet access.
You must either have or be willing to obtain a self-run background check through Aspen Grove.
You must either have or be willing to obtain General Liability insurance, E&O insurance, workers comp.
Experience preferred with PPW, Pruvan, Aspen Iproperty, SafeView Preserve.
Pay is per order and Bi-Weekly.
